Payment is due Net 15 days. Orders may be paid by credit card until credit has been established. Midwest accepts Mastercard, Visa and Discover Cards. Any new orders will be held without shipment if there are unpaid invoices in excess of 45 days, or if authorized credit limit is exceeded.

Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt of order.

All orders will be accepted on a ship and cancel basis.

Freight prepaid on orders of $1,200.00 or more. All routings will be at the discretion of Midwest Fastener. When special routings are specified, the difference of price shall be at customers expense.
RETURNS: . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
We will process product returns up to forty-five days after the invoice date. We will need your account number, order number and the items to be returned. Product returns will not be accepted over forty-five days past the invoice date. Orders may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Any claims for defective material, shortages, or overages must be made within 30 days after invoice date.
