ADAPTIVE SPORTS Our program engages athletes of all skill levels — from novices eager to try a new sport to athletes training for elite-level competition, including the Paralympics and the Invictus Games. The goal of our program is to increase participants’ self-confidence, reduce isolation, promote healthy and active lifestyles, and introduce a sense of possibility to athletes who might not otherwise have access to adaptive sports and recreational opportunities. FITNESS CENTER Our Fitness Center provides members with a well-equipped, accessible gym designed for people of all abilities. It offers fitness services and modified group classes to help people be active and achieve their fitness goals. Each year, the Fitness Center serves more than 250 community members through one-on-one functional fitness appointments with our exercise physiologists, partner training and fitness classes. Our goal is to reduce barriers to physical activity — for everyone.
