WORKING TOWARD BETTER OUTCOMES

HOW IS DAYREHAB DIFFERENT? The goal of our program is to help you regain your highest level of function, as well as return to daily life activities, such as parenting, work, school, volunteering and other community activities. The intensity of the individualized DayRehab program is modified based on clinical recommendations and your insurance plan to maximize program benefits. For example, some programs may consist of three hours of therapy per day, two to three days per week. For others, a program may be designed to include six hours of therapy per day, five days per week.

We understand the challenges you face — from parenting to the workplace, from school to leisure activities. We also know the skills you’ll need to meet those challenges. Our DayRehab patients participate in both one-on-one and group therapies to learn real-life skills that they can then practice in the real world. We offer the support you need to help ensure a smooth transition to your daily activities. For example, team members can visit your workplace, meet with employers, identify workplace modifications and provide job-specific skills training. We also serve as advocates for school- age children. Team members visit schools, help teachers develop an education plan and prepare teachers and classmates to welcome the child back to the classroom.
