Smith also brings to Crystal a background of progressively re- sponsible roles in management, engineering, and manufacturing operations from respected lead- ing brands, including Colgate Palmolive, GAF Materials Cor- poration, and CertainTeed Cor- poration. While at CertainTeed, Smith held operations leader- ship roles in the company’s roof- ing and siding divisions, most notably running the company’s vinyl siding and window lineal extrusion operations.
