GLOBAL CITIZENSHIP AND AVIATION BUSINESS

Kanza Adrar (’18, ’25), from Rabat, Morocco, found Embry-Riddle during a college fair at her high school. After discussing her interest in studying aviation and business, the recruiter brought up Embry-Riddle’s B.S. in Aviation Business Administration — a degree that combines the best of both worlds. “That was the moment everything clicked — I realized I didn’t just want a general business degree, but one that combined my love for aviation with my business mindset,” she said. “This program was unique and could only be pursued at Embry-Riddle, making my decision an easy one.” After completing her undergraduate degree, Adrar began pursuing her MBA in Aviation as she continues to seek experiences that enhance her dual passions/interests.

While earning her degree, Adrar supports new and current Worldwide faculty through her role as a faculty credentialing manager at Embry-Riddle’s Worldwide Headquarters. She credits the knowledge she’s gained throughout her degree as contributing to her career success. “The knowledge I’ve gained — and continue to gain — has helped me make informed decisions and excel in my role.” Looking ahead, Adrar aspires to be a “global citizen” — a participant in various cultures, groups and communities around the world. “A degree from Embry-Riddle will open many doors, from career opportunities to global networking connections,” Adrar says. “More importantly, it has equipped me with the skills and knowledge not only to succeed in my field but also to drive meaningful change within the aviation industry.”
