Trade Absences As a reminder all trade time entries, including any type of absences, TPTO, local sick pay, etc. should be entered through HCSS and not in Workday. Entering these transactions into the wrong system can lead to errors in payroll processing and tracking of time. Please remind your trade employees not to use Workday to request or report any absences. However, they can view their TPTO balance within Workday.

If your jobsite team needs to review or verify the number of hours an employee has accrued, please reach out directly to your Regional HR contact. They can provide accurate and up-to-date information and help clarify any discrepancies.
