MILESTONES MONTHLY UPDATES FROM THE COO

Dear Members,

on the Tour. Please mark your calendars and come to enjoy some food, drink, and live music while celebrating the industry-leading hospitality that Paulo and his team bring to Frenchman’s Creek each day. Of special mention this month is our Jewel of Juno, The Beach Club. During October, all of Frenchman’s spectacular dining events will take place here. We are also looking forward to kicking off our exciting entertainment events for the 2025-26 season here in November. You’ll find more details inside this issue of The Current and the digital version of the Season Handbook that was released in September. On that note, Executive Chef Derrick and Chef Rico have been working tirelessly on new menus that reflect our members’ preferences for Mediterranean and seafood dishes at The Beach Club. As excited as we are about this new food concept, we also want to make sure we honor the past; as such, there will be a Members Favorite section on the menu that will feature the most popular dishes from the past. One dish that stands above all others is the Beach Club Crab Cake, which will appear on menus at the Clubhouse as well in the future, so that everyone can enjoy the best crab cake in the region at both the main Club and the Beach Club. Another milestone this month is the return of our H2Bs for the season. We are excited to welcome back familiar faces while welcoming new team members to the Frenchman’s Creek family. Our Director of Food & Beverage Jimmy Hernandez and his team of managers have been diligently working on the F&B training programs which all staff will be to put through as we prepare to move into the new Clubhouse.

I would like to start this month by expressing how proud I am of our Racquet Sports Director, Paulo Hexsel. Over the past season, he has brought an exceptional level of energy, professionalism, and innovation to our racquet sports program. More recently, with the hiring of Zach McElroy as Head Racquet Sports Professional and Luciely Castillo as Racquet Shop Manager, we now have a talented team guiding this important part of our club community. At the time of this writing, we cannot yet be certain of the exact date on which members will have access to the Clubhouse, but we can state with confidence that the Creek Ball project is well underway, and on November 11 we will celebrate the grand opening of the new tennis courts with an inaugural Round Robin event. There will also be a professional exhibition match featuring four incredible pros who have played

With regard to the Clubhouse, our plan remains to get members into the lower level of the
