to the cardio area. We look forward to completing the remaining renovations of the spa, locker rooms and pool next summer. Jessica Cochran, our new Director of Fitness, Spa and Aquatics, will be leading her team here and be fully up and running in the new space. Members can learn more about Jessica in this month’s issue of The Current . Also noteworthy is our Kid’s Creek room, located toward the back of the lifestyle pro shop, which will be empty when members first arrive at the new Clubhouse. During the holiday period in December, this area will be specific to fun kids’ activities. After the holidays, the room will be converted into a parlor with pool tables, something fun to do before members enjoy a meal at The Sports Bar. While the Season Handbook captures all the finalized entertainment events for the upcoming season, we want to note our first Cabaret event kicks off next month at The Beach Club. We expect this to be just the beginning of many great entertainment acts to follow for 2025-26. We have made some updates to the Pavilion, including refreshing the coffee station and snack area to enhance member use. Our trained local staff are currently stationed in the Pavilion and ready to welcome members as they return. We are also pleased to have Executive Chef Derrick on site. In his short time here, he has been an excellent partner and I look forward to him shaping the future of the culinary program at Frenchman’s Creek. Employee culture remains a priority, and I would like to highlight two recent initiatives that have supported and motivated our staff. In late September, we celebrated Housekeepers Appreciation Week with daily training sessions, including scavenger hunts and team building activities. More recently, our Director of Food & Beverage, Jimmy Hernandez, organized team- building events for both the dining room service and culinary teams, fostering integration and collaboration.

strengthening employee culture, enhancing retention, and ensuring consistent service for our members.
