Diane Marie Walker Menu Database Coordinator In her role, Diane is responsible for assigning suitabilities for diet orders and food allergens to menu items used in Morrison Healthcare patient MyDining menus, adding custom menu items and assigning suitabilities, portion size, cost and nutrients to MHC patient MyDining menus, and building menu cycles in MyDining based on Webtrition menu cycles that have been entered by on-site or regional MHC teams. She reports to Erica Stevens, National Director, MyDining and has four and half years working with Morrison and a combined total of 19 years in the healthcare, senior dining, and food service industry. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree from the University of Massachusetts. In her spare time, Diane enjoys gardening, reading and playing golf. She currently lives in West Springfield, Massachusetts with her husband and has three children and three grandchildren Amy Bernhard Menu Database Coordinator Amy reports to Erica Stevens, National Director of MyDining. In her role, she builds menu databases, evaluates recipes to identify allergies and suitabilities for special diets and textures, as well as participates in weekly calls with accounts to discuss MyDining implementation. She has five years of experience in the healthcare industry and completed the Morrison Distance Dietetic Internship Program and became a Registered Dietitian in 2014. She is from Royal Oak, Michigan and currently lives in Chicago, Illinois. She holds a BS in Dietetics from Michigan State University and an MS in Exercise Physiology from Eastern Michigan University. She is married with one son and enjoys running, indoor rock climbing, and crafting
Jenny Young Menu Database Coordinator
Jenny has 14 years with Morrison and 18 years in the healthcare industry. She is responsible for building the My Dining Database for Morrison Healthcare Accounts. Jenny evaluates recipes and menu items in order to assign allergies and suitabilities, in addition to working with the Project Manager to obtain necessary information from accounts to build a successful database. She reports to Erica Stevens, National Director of MyDining. Jenny holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Murray State University and completed her Dietetic Internship at Spalding University. She is married with two children and currently lives in Owensboro, Kentucky.

Alvaro Vanegas National Asset Protection Manager
Alvaro was originally hired in February 2016 as the National Asset Protection Manager for Eurest National Accounts. In October he was given the additional responsibility of Asset Protection Manager for Zone 3. Alvaro’s former Loss Prevention positions range from single unit Loss Prevention Manager to Director of Investigations and Divisional Loss Prevention Director various national retailers. Alvaro is responsible for developing, managing and validating the Asset Protection programs and initiatives aimed at reducing company losses within Morrison while protecting company assets. He also ensures compliance with operational practices designed to prevent, detect, and deter fraud, as well as perform audits, identifying internal control issues. He will also conduct investigations into company losses and integrity related issues and develop various training programs to educate national account managers and multi-unit managers.
