modeling knowledge I learned at LCCC, as Catia is a “sister” program to the Solidworks software taught in the LCCC curriculum. Most recently, I completed the online Catia Advanced Machining course. This training course was focused on writing CNC machin - ing programs using 3D models made within Catia. Within the course, I learned to use Catia efficiently to write programs for both 3- and 5-axis CNC machines. Currently, I am using the knowledge I learned at LCCC, on the job, at those training programs, and through life experiences at the job of my dreams. My current project is to create a new fixture solution to optimize the production of stiffener parts for the Boeing 767 and KC46 Pegasus family of aircraft. As I continue in the field, my knowledge base and experience will only continue to grow, and I intend to love every second of it.

In lands afar, beneath foreign skies, Where dreams take flight and new horizons rise, There lies a journey, bold and free, Of studying in a land across the sea. In bustling streets and marketplaces, They find the world’s countless faces, Each encounter a new oasis, In the journey of learning embraces. Across the seas and distant shores, They seek to open wisdom’s doors, In classrooms filled with diverse lore, Their minds expand, their spirits soar.
Through language barriers and unfamiliar sights, Comes wisdom gained in the darkest nights, For in the crucible of difference, we find, A wealth of learning, of heart and mind. So let us celebrate this noble quest, Of studying in lands both east and west, For in the pursuit of learning’s zest, We find our souls forever blessed.
