Brooks Ghost 16 Review I recently started participating in the hobby of running. Though I may not be an expert on the topic, I feel I can do a thorough review of the Brooks Ghost 16. I started running about six months ago and have since upped my mileage drastically. At the beginning of my journey, I could only run about one mile before I would have to stop. I can proudly say yesterday I ran six miles straight. This upping in mileage makes it highly important that I have a good-quality sneaker. In the past I have used Nike, Adidas, and Hoka, but my most recent sneaker purchase was Brooks. For the first week, I felt as though the sneakers were too tight, and I got blisters on my ankles. However, after a couple of runs, the sneakers molded to my feet nicely. The nitrogen-infused DNA loft v3 technology makes these sneakers lightweight. This allows the runner to glide easily across the track or trail they are on. Another trait I like about this sneaker is the breathability of the mesh upper section of the shoe. I sweat a lot when

I run, but I have noticed my Brooks don’t smell nearly as pungent as my sneakers in the past. Though these shoes are one of the best options when it comes to running sneakers, there are some downsides. One negative of these shoes is that they are on the more expensive side of sneaker prices. These shoes can be bought at Dick’s Sporting Goods or online on their web - site for $140. Another negative to these shoes that I have personally found is that mine have already started to rip at the top. The rip was formed in the middle of the thin mesh layer. Overall, I feel as though the Brooks Ghost 16 is a great choice for almost any runner. These shoes are lightweight and are perfect for easy long runs, jogging, and walking. However, I wouldn’t recommend these shoes to a sprinter or anyone who is going to need a very sturdy shoe.
