Job Title: Transformation Programme Manager Location: Farnham Hours of Work: 36.25 hours per week Grade: 11 Reports To: Chief Operating Officer

Summary of Main Job Purpose:

To oversee, coordinate and drive forward the delivery of the University’s Transformation 2024, change programme. Providing active communication between project sponsors, project leads and stakeholders, to ensure that projects are successfully delivered according to plan, budget and timescales, and interdependent projects are effectively aligned. Working with programme sponsors, provide direction, support and coaching to project teams and provide robust high-level monitoring and reports, challenge and scrutiny to the programme as a whole.

Main Duties/Responsibilities

1. Drive forward and oversee delivery of the University’s 2024 transformation programme, at pace, ensuring effective governance across all projects from inception, through to completion. 2. Ensure active and timely communication and coordination between all project leads to ensure that interdependent projects are aligned and delivered effectively and that the benefits are fully optimised. 3. To be responsible for the overall coordination of project governance, taking an overview of activities across all projects, interrogating them where necessary and being the single point of control for the Transformation Oversight Group (TOG) with regards to proposals, progress, cost, risk, communications and decisions. To provide options and recommendations to TOG and the University’s Leadership Team (LT) to enable their decision-making.
