4. Be the link between all projects (‘pillars of success’) of the transformation programme. Provide value-adding, consolidated summary reports on a regular basis, to be used as a catalyst for the taking of action and timely decision- making by TOG and LT. 5. Establish strong working relationships with key stakeholders, fostering an environment of collaboration and engagement. 6. Proactively seek out and tackle challenges that will prevent the delivery of transformation projects according to delivery targets. 7. Provide a centre of expertise for project management activity across the University, acting as a subject matter expert. Provide training/coaching to project leads on the project management frameworks/methodologies where required and advise on best practice principles. 8. Develop (in collaboration with Projects Leads and the Communications team) informative and value adding communications to ensure all stakeholders, employees and students (as appropriate) are fully aware of impending programmes of change or key projects within the University. 9. Support stakeholders in the creation of impact assessments for schools and departments affected by change programmes. Regularly review the stakeholder community to assess potential change fatigue and develop mitigation plans where appropriate. 10.Define and be the central hub to comply with audit requirements, ensuring effective quality assurance and the overall integrity of the programme. 11. Support project leads in preparing and providing timely, high-quality information to project sponsors to enable decision-making.
12. Identify further opportunities for change initiatives that would deliver measurable business improvement.
