PROPOSED PAYMENT OPTIONS Under 30: As members become stockholders, they will be pay the investment with the increased stock price adjusted at their percentage. 31–39: Members who have already purchased 1 or 2 shares will purchase their remaining shares at the new stock price. Individual members’ situations may vary.
3% ATTRITION
40–80: Investment is based on membership category.
5% ATTRITION
81–89: Investment is phased out 10% each year based on age & membership category. For example, an 81 year old will pay 90% of the investment, an 89 year old will pay 10% of the investment.
Over 90: Excluded from investment.
