Miles for Moggies! Cat protection
CHARITY Mason (4M) took on the Miles for Moggies challenge in May to raise money for Cats Protection, a charity that helps to rescue and re-home cats in need. He was one of over 2,000 people from across the country who joined this fantastic fundraising effort. Mason ran an impressive 10 kilometres, giving it his all every step of the way. Thanks to his determination and the generosity of his supporters, he raised an amazing £155 - enough to feed 31 rescue cats for an entire month. We're really proud of Mason's hard work and big heart. Well done Mason!

HOW’S THAT! We have some very talented cricketers!! On the 22nd May we travelled to Dartmouth Cricket club to compete against 6 other Sandwell schools. The Abbey team bowled, batted and fielded brilliantly thorough out the competition, finishing second overall only losing one game all day by just 5 runs. They all a had a fantastic time competing and working together to play some excellent cricket! Thanks to Mis Hinton for the story.
