Every gift order can be sent with a personal gift message of up to 300 characters including spaces (5 lines of 60 characters each). This gift message will be printed and attached to the outer carton.
All our goods require a signature upon delivery, with the exception of our Letterbox Gifts which are sent via Royal Mail. If the recipient is not there to receive a parcel the carrier will deliver to an immediate neighbour or alternatively leave a card with contact details so that re-delivery or collection can be arranged. If the carrier doesn’t receive a response to the card they will return the gift to us after 4 – 5 working days. However, during the very busy Christmas period we do instruct our delivery companies to leave parcels in a safe and dry location and put a card through the door to say where the parcel has been left if the recipient is not available to receive it. We consider this to be in the best interests of the recipient.

All consignments are fully insured. Claims for breakages or other damages should be made on 01747 851515 within 48 hours of receipt. All claims for lost parcels must be made by Friday 22nd January 2021.

Ambient hampers are available to order now for delivery from Tuesday 29th September.
Photographic props such as plates, glasses and other utensils are not included unless listed.
There is no surcharge for delivery to the following postcodes but next, named day and Saturday services are unavailable in these areas; DD8-10, SA20, SY23-25, TR12 and TR19. Next, named day and Saturday services are unavailable for the following postcodes and a delivery surcharge will apply. Delivery to the Isle of Wight (postcodes PO30-41) will incur a surcharge of £6 per parcel. Delivery to Isles of Scilly (postcodes TR21-25), Scottish Highlands and Islands (postcodes AB30-63, FK19-21, G83-84, HS, IV, KA27-28, KW, PA20-80, PH1, PH5-50, TD15, ZE) will incur a surcharge of £8 per parcel. Delivery to Northern Ireland (postcodes BT), The Isle of Man (postcodes IM), the Channel Islands (postcodes GY, JE) will incur a surcharge of £15 per parcel. Delivery to Eire will incur a surcharge of £17.50 per parcel.
The last order date for guaranteed Christmas delivery is 1pm on Tuesday 22nd December.
SUB S T I TUT I ONS
All hampers, baskets, gift boxes and contents are fully itemised and fairly described in the brochure and we will make every effort to supply the items printed in the detailed listings. However, in the event of supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute any items with replacements of at least equal quality and value.
We will do our utmost after that time but are unable to make any promises. We are able to offer a named day delivery service (subject to a surcharge of £1 per parcel) for parcels delivered up to and including Thursday 24th December which are ordered by 1pm on Tuesday 22nd December. Any orders received without a specified date will be delivered in time for Christmas between 8ᵗh and 23rd December. Orders placed with a Saturday delivery date will incur a surcharge of £3.95. Orders placed with a Sunday delivery date will incur a surcharge of £15.

All prices include VAT at variable rates and duty charged at the rates prevailing at publication. We reserve the right to amend prices according to changes in VAT duty. Not every item in a hamper is subject to VAT and therefore hampers may not incur a standard VAT rate of 20%.

Hampers containing fresh food are available from the following delivery dates: Tues 3rd November: Cheese Box Thur 3rd December: Wine & Cheese Slate, Classic Port & Stilton and Cheese Lover Thur 17th December: All other fresh food gifts Fresh food cannot be delivered to mainland UK locations on a Sunday or Monday as we cannot guarantee to our satisfaction that they will remain fresh during transit over the weekend. We do not send fresh food items to the Highlands, the Islands or to overseas addresses as we cannot guarantee to our satisfaction that they will remain consumable during the longer travel times. Please ensure that the recipient is available to receive their gift as we cannot be responsible for these products if we are unable to complete first time delivery. All hampers containing fresh food must be signed for upon delivery. We are unable to offer product or delivery refunds for failed fresh food deliveries that are due to the recipient not being at home or due to us having been provided with an incorrect delivery address. All fresh food needs to be opened and refrigerated within 48 hours of despatch to ensure that the contents remain safe to consume.
