PLAN OUT YOUR FOOD FOR THE WEEK
So you got yourself motivated to work out, but do you find yourself lost in the kitchen? Binging or picking at snacks right after your work out?
A lack of planning when it comes to food can be as detrimental as a lack of planning when it comes to your workout.
Developing a weekly meal plan will avoid unnecessary binging and picking throughout the day. Make a 7-day healthy meal plan consisting of breakfast, snacks, lunch and dinner and stick to them.
If you can take 1 day out of the week to meal prep, even better! This will mean that you’ve already done the hard part and there’s no reason to get take out or eat anything else.
Your healthy food is already cooked and waiting!
Pro tip: Do all your grocery shopping online via Instacart or Amazon Fresh/Wholefoods. This will help you stick to your grocery list and avoid buying extra items that look so appealing when you’re walking around the grocery store.

LISTEN TO A MOTIVATING PLAYLIST
So simple, but so effective. There’s no better way to motivate yourself than listening to an energetic workout motivation music right before you work out.
It WILL get you pumped. When you feel pumped, you’re ready to crush your workout!
