THE WORKS! Fitbit has been a serious GAME CHANGER for me. I didn’t realize how many steps I actually do on a daily basis. And if your friends or hubby has one too, you can set up daily challenges to support each other on being more active! Writing down your progress and taking photos This is a great visual way to see all the changes you’ve made. When you start on your fitness journey, you should always give yourself a timeline and jot down the things you want to achieve within that timeline. An example would be, you want to lose 10lbs in 4 weeks. Take pictures of yourself on day 1 and day again on day 35. This way you can REALLY see how much your body has changed.

Writing down your weight and measurements is also important. This will help you see how much progress has been made AND most importantly where!
