Please be aware that you WILL need to stop for dinner if you are arriving any time past 5:30 PM.
You will be greeted by our staff team who will help your campers get checked into camp. Any camper medications will be checked in with the medical staff before connecting with the counselors.
Late Check In will include meeting with our Health Team regarding any health form items or medication which will need to be review by the Health Center team. From there, your campers will receive a health screening and counselor connection. Parents, youth leaders, and/or guardians need to arrive at camper check-out no later than 9:00 AM on checkout day. Camper Check-In Station 1 Camper Check-in: Your campers will be checked in by Customer Service before proceeding to the next check-in step. Keep in mind campers cannot be checked in with a remaining balance. After checking in with Customer Service, your campers will receive a colored ticket directing you on where they will need to go next.
You’ll receive your camper housing, team color, and counselors’ names.
Upon arrival, we ask that you have/do the following: 1.Collect all camper medications (this will need to be separate from camper luggage). 2.Check in all campers present with Customer Service
3.Ensure a youth leader or parent is present with the campers through the camper check-in process. 4.Do not unload any camper luggage (other than camper medication) until camper check-in is complete and you have met your counselor. Station 2 Health Center: Review of health forms and medications. Electronic Health Forms must be completed correctly and signed by parents or legal guardians. This includes the vaccination records, immunization records, and health insurance info. If this is not done, you will be responsible for calling the parent and obtaining the info. All medication must be turned in at this time.
Final Stop! Head to The Island with your campers and their bags to meet their camp counselor!
