Mr. Lolarga is a Professional Engineer with over 20 years of experience in the design and management of mechanical systems for industrial, institutional, healthcare, and commercial facilities. His expertise includes ventilation, process utilities, plumbing and drainage, fire protection, and building controls. As Mechanical Principal at Tandem Engineering Group, he provides leadership in design development, technical review, and quality assurance for multidisciplinary projects. He is known for his strong coordination skills, project management capabilities, and ability to deliver cost- effective, efficient, and sustainable mechanical design solutions that meet client and regulatory requirements. Mr. Lolarga will serve as Mechanical Principal working under the SL Manager. In this capacity, he will provide technical leadership and oversight of all mechanical engineering components for projects. His responsibilities include: • Leading mechanical system design and technical coordination within multidisciplinary teams. • Performing design reviews, quality checks, and constructability assessments. • Supporting the SL Manager with project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. • Ensuring all mechanical design work complies with applicable codes, standards, and performance criteria. • Providing mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and designers.
