Mr. Tito Marzotto is a Professional Engineer with over 49 years of experience in structural engineering, project design, and management for industrial and commercial facilities. He has led multidisciplinary teams in the planning and execution of large-scale manufacturing, automotive, and institutional projects across Canada and the United States. As Structural Group Leader at Tandem Engineering Group, Mr. Marzotto provides technical oversight, quality assurance, and senior advisory services, ensuring the successful structural delivery of complex projects under the SL Manager ’ s direction. He has received multiple professional distinctions, including induction into the Engineering Hall of Fame at Wayne State University and recognition as the Michigan Engineer of the Year. Mr. El Annan is a highly experienced Structural Engineer with 20 years of professional practice in civil and structural engineering, including 10 years in the automotive industry. As Principal – Structural, he provides leadership in project planning, technical design, and multi-disciplinary coordination. His expertise covers structural analysis, design, and management of residential, commercial, institutional, and industrial projects in compliance with North American codes and standards. He specializes in industrial facility design, process and conveyor support systems, seismic and wind analysis, structural retrofits, and rehabilitation of aging infrastructure.
