M.R. Builders Named Chamber Business of the Week; Announces Black Friday Housing Incentive in Dodge City The Dodge City Area Chamber of Commerce is spotlighting M.R. Builders LLC and the United Village Development as this week’s Business of the Week, highlighting ongoing efforts to expand affordable new home options in the community. To mark the recognition, M.R. Builders is rolling out a Housing Black Friday Sale running November 11 through December 12, 2025. During the promotional period, buyers who place a new home under contract may qualify for a $5,000 purchase incentive. According to M.R. Builders, the incentive can be applied in a variety of ways depending on a buyer’s needs—such as closing costs, a price reduction, furniture, appliances, or other home-related expenses—giving families added flexibility while planning their move. The Chamber noted that United Village is positioned as one of Dodge City’s more affordable new housing developments, making this limited-time offer an opportunity for prospective homeowners to explore new construction options locally. For additional information or to get started, interested buyers can call Ric at 620-408-7644 or contact their preferred realtor.
