Beginner (Activity 120803) - Ages 6-13: Tailored for young athletes with little to no basketball experience. This athlete may struggle with fundamental skills like dribbling, shooting, passing, or body control. Sessions will focus heavily on building these core skills with a high level of attention and support. Intermediate (Activity 120804) - Ages 12-16: Suited for athletes with some basketball experience. These players can typically dribble, shoot, and pass with basic proficiency. At this level, we reinforce core skill development while introducing more advanced concepts like body control and footwork. Athletes will also learn team offensive and defensive strategies, including screening, cutting, coverage, and movement both with and without the ball. Advanced (Activity 120805) - Ages 12-18: Designed for athletes who excel in most areas of basketball and are preparing to compete in higher-level settings such as tournaments, school teams, and showcases. This class focuses on advanced techniques, in-depth strategies, and complex team concepts. With a strong emphasis on individual development, athletes will refine their skills, enhance decision-making, and elevate their overall game to new heights.
