BINGO Tuesdays 8:45 - 9:45 a.m. Room D
Bingo is more than just a fun game for seniors; it offers several health benefits as well! Playing bingo can help improve cognitive function by enhancing memory and concentration as participants keep track of their cards. It also encourages social interaction, reducing feelings of loneliness and isolation, which is vital for emotional well-being. Additionally, the act of marking cards can improve fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination. Overall, bingo provides a lively way for seniors to stay engaged, promote mental agility, and foster community connections. Donuts supplied by Rowlett Donuts.
