The Community Centre may develop and enforce such rules governing the physical facilities as may be necessary to carry out these laws and regulations. SCHOLARSHIPS The City of Rowlett Parks & Recreation Department has scholarships available for many of its programs for residents who may need financial assistance in difficult situations.
