TWO STAGE GEAR PUMPS Compact, two-stage, external gear pumps designed for use at elevated pressures. Ideal for press type applications require fast approach/retract speeds and slower peak actuator work speeds due to horsepower limitations or safety constraints.

CHIEF™ - Two Stage Gear Pumps • Consists of a big displacement, low pressure pump and a small displacement, high pressure pump • Aluminum housing • Check valve as well as a relief valve • When working at the pressure lower than the relief pressure, both big and small pumps output flow • GPM listed reflects maximum combined flow • When working at a higher pressure, only small pump outputs flow, which highly reduces the power consumption • Oil Temp: 175F • Inlet Port (suction) is the larger port • 3000 max PSI high pressure pump • 900 max PSI low pressure pump **Rotation of shaft is determined as viewed from the shaft end facing you** CID = Cubic Inch Displacement - the amount of oil that is discharged in one revolution of the gears Flow Rate (gpm) = Displacement (CID) X Speed (rpm) / 231
