Happy December! As 2019 enters its final month, it is always a great time to start looking towards the future. Whether you feel you have been naughty or nice this year, if Santa doesn't bring you your dream home this Christmas, I'd encourage you to consider giving yourself a gift in 2020. The real estate market in 2020 is primed to start very strong again - the "Spring" market starts in mid- February. To capitalize on all of your equity, February through May is definitely the best time to do it! Interest rates should remain steady early in the year but with the 2020 election approaching, the market may start to get a little unpredictable in those Summer months.
