She is an Audit Specialist working in Suwanee, GA, where she identifies and eliminates any customer billing discrepancies, makes collections, reconciles inaccurate payments, maintains data entry, and files claims for customers.

OPPORTUNITUTES FOR GROWTH Transportation Insight’s Associate Internal Career Page details numerous opportunities for growth throughout the organization’s North American locations.

“I enjoy being able to provide my customers with great customer service. Even if the outcome of any situation may not be the answer they were expecting, I want them to know I exhausted all measures,” she said. “I also enjoy working with my coworkers. I think we work well together and make our work environment less stressful when times are tense. We have a lot of positive energy, which always helps when others may be having a more tedious day.” Shonda oversees 32 accounts, and she prides herself in offering excellent customer service, working hard to provide her clients with the confidence of knowing they are in good hands. “My father taught me at a very young age that no matter what you do in life you always give 100 percent even if you fail at it the first time or make a mistake along the way,” Shonda said. “I feel I have implemented that aspect, not only in the workplace, but in everything I do in life.” Shonda is originally from Alabama, where her two older sisters and parents still reside. She has an 11-year-old daughter, Khloe, and a Siberian Husky named Bella. Shonda’s interests include reading, traveling, playing softball, hiking and camping.
