Indiana The 2017 reporting deadline for Indiana Unclaimed Property (not including life insurance) is November 1st. Also, reports must be filed electronically at Indiana Unclaimed Online Reporting Portal . Our office now accepts online payments and this option will be available after the submission of the report. If you have a debit block on your bank account, please contact your financial institution prior to submitting an online payment. Provide your financial institution with our debit block ID # 935600015J. This will allow the upcoming transaction not to be rejected as an unauthorized debit. Please visit HRS Pro for the updated software and new template. Also, gift cards are exempt from being reported as unclaimed property to the State of Indiana.
