D. Maintenance
• Chaired by M. Bonebrake • Maintenance improvements this year included painting (76 homes), roofs (75 inspections and repairs), and street and parking lot paving. E. Golf • Chaired by Charlie Krisch • Rick Ruppert announced retirement effective June 1, 2024 and new Golf Director, Blake Drabik was onboarded. • Full Golf Equivalent membership at 169 as of March 2024 • Implementation of new pin location software, overseeding and maintenance practices have been updated. F. Courts/Fitness • Chaired by Paula Manoski • Planning of new fitness center led by Grant Bollin working with Techno gym and WTS, fitness center opened on March 2 nd . • Bocce program led by Dave White and Bocce season began with 17 teams participating. • Courts Director, Chris Young facilitates open play and clinics. The court configuration was changed from 3 tennis courts and 7 pickleball courts to 2 tennis courts and 11 pickleball courts. G. Emergency Preparedness Task Force • Chaired by Sandra Rogers • Committee continues to recruit and train block captains for each of the 25 emergency preparedness areas • The Committee continues to work with Managements, homeowners, block captains, and security to prepare in case of emergency situations. H. Renewal Project Committee • Chaired by Lee Clancey • Renewal Project near completion with many thanks to the Committee and the Board. The Committee is looking forward to completing the remaining list items and beginning the Front Gate update soon.
