This year we took important steps to transform the way we seek and attract top candidates and ensure a diverse, inclusive workforce. Among the changes was the creation of a skill-specific talent sourcing team. We also conducted extensive research to ensure that our workforce planning strategies are the best in the business—strong, yet nimble and responsive to changing needs. These efforts were recognized.
