Pool Warranty: Gunite, Quartz, Pre-Cast Pool Shell Warranty: 10-year warranty on the pool shell (structural element). Extends to 15 years if the client chooses High Prairie Outdoors for pool maintenance. Equipment Warranty: 2-year warranty on pool and spa equipment, provided winterization is documented annually. Conditions: Warranty is void if the pool is left empty for an extended period. Proper use of the hydrostatic relief valve is required (must be replaced periodically). Winter maintenance (monthly or bimonthly sanitizer and algaecide treatments) is required. Warranty is void if any sort of construction is done without written approval within 15' of pool shell or plumbing. Heavy equipment or digging nearby can cause significant load damage if not monitored. Please let us know if you have future projects and we’ll help create a plan to protect your pool. Exclusions: Normal wear-and-tear items (e.g., pressure release valves, pool plaster, lighting, covers). Acts of nature (flooding, lightning, earthquakes, etc.). Improper chemical use or third-party repairs void the warranty. Cosmetic variations (stains, discoloration) are not covered. Plaster is not covered by warranty unless otherwise stated. (Plaster longevity is determined by how well the water chemistry is balanced and plaster is maintained.) Warranty is non-transferable. Expectations: Evaporation- Water evaporation is normal and expected. 1-4" of water can evaporate a day in hot conditions. Do not contact leak detection services prior to contacting High Prairie. You are responsible for leak detection bills if there is no leak. Auto-Fill- Please consistently check your water use. Quartz pools require a resin update every 1-5 years, which can be built into your care program.
