Hardscape Warranty: Legacy Method 25-Year Warranty: Covers the structural integrity of paver, porcelain, or stone hardscapes crafted using the Legacy Method. This warranty applies only if the client enrolls in a yearly maintenance program , which includes an annual cleaning. 10-Year Warranty : Available for clients who choose not to participate in the maintenance program. Clients are responsible for scheduling their own hardscape servicing. If any settling, separation, or structural degradation occurs, High Prairie Outdoors will repair it at no cost during the warranty period. Guidelines 1.Warranty covers a one-time repair for any eligible structural failure. 2.Clients must maintain proper care of the installed hardscape, including avoiding chemical damage and using only approved cleaning methods. 3.Warranty is void if the account has past-due invoices or record of late payments. 4.High Prairie Outdoors will schedule repairs based on availability and weather conditions. Exclusions Natural stone is not covered, as it naturally breaks down over time due to moisture infiltration and freeze/thaw cycles. Damage caused by salt, equipment, or vehicles voids warranty. Acts of nature, such as flooding, earthquakes, tree damage, or extreme weather, are not covered. Alterations or repairs by a third party void the warranty. Cosmetic variations, including discoloration, surface texture changes, or minor shifts, are not covered. Normal aging on hardscape surfaces is expected and can include soil build-up, possible vegetative growth, and fading. Your material selections and maintenance practices will determine how much the surfaces age. Concrete pavers and natural stone are porous and can stain. It is your responsibility to either prevent staining or seal on a regular basis. Porcelain does not need sealing and will not stain. Jointing sand requires regular upkeep or replacement every 3-10 years based on your environment, moisture/shade, and joint size. This is normal and expected. Jointing sands and mortar are not covered under warranty. Settling due to bases or drainage completed by a third party. Expectations
