HVAC Certification preferred Pool Certification preferred
One-year hands-on trade experience preferred Intermediate computer and internet knowledge Education: High school education or equivalent Skiled trade degree or certificate preferred Accurately perform use all on-site resident management software functions and basic mathematical functions
