Advertising Request Process

Print advertising is a great way to market yourself to new and existing demographics. Whether it be your brand or your listings, there are a variety of publications in each market to promote yourself. The Compass Marketing Team is here to help you brainstorm and create your ads. Don’t know where to start or have questions? Reach out to your local marketing team to kick off the process! Please follow these easy steps to submit an ad to your Compass Marketing Team. For any questions, please email marketing@compass.com.

Please submit your request for an ad with images and copy that you would like featured via our Ad Request Form . In order to meet any creative deadlines, we request the materials be sent 7-10 business days prior to the deadline from the publication.

A member of the Marketing Team will review the request and follow up with any additional questions.

We will work to develop an ad with materials provided. The first draft of your ad will be sent back to you within 48 hours of submission.

We will request feedback within 2 days of receiving the first draft.

Finally, we will provide you with a final file to be sent to the publication prior to the creative deadline.

Rush Fees:

Please allow our team 7-10 business days to create the ad. If you need the final file within 48 hours of your request, a $250 rush fee will be assessed. This fee is not covered by Marketing Budgets.

Non-Approved Creative:

In the case that ad artwork is not created by Compass, the advertisement requires the Marketing Team’s approval to ensure the advertisement meets brand guidelines and compliance standards. Ads that don’t receive approval from our team prior to being published by the publication are subject to being non-approved marketing expenses.
