WELLBEING This year has been truly remarkable in our dedication to supporting our employees' wellbeing. At the start of 2023 we established a wellbeing committee and formulated a strategy centered around six key pillars: Physical, Mental, Financial, Emotional, Environmental, and Social. Our accomplishments in 2023 have been a source of immense pride and a testament to our commitment to enhancing well-being across our organisation, we are thrilled with the progress made. One of our wellbeing objectives was to create a wellbeing space that could benefit those at our head office. Launching during world wellbeing week in June, our wellbeing garden came to life after many months of planning and hard work from a group of employees. The team came together to construct the repurposed outdoor seating from waste timber and pallets and planting an array of flower and vegetable beds. The end result, is a wonderful outdoor area for all our employees to enjoy and continue to grow in the future. It was a wonderful, worthwhile experience involving a lot of staff from many departments, coming together to talk, design, plan, build, plant and maintain our amazing garden.
