Errigal are delighted to be working with Multiplex on the delivery of this 36 Storey office space in central London, located beside Grade 2 listed Leadenhall Market. Errigal are completing drylining, suspended ceilings, firestopping and an element of façade works on this development in the heart of London’s financial district.
Working alongside McAleer and Rushe, Errigal are completing SFS, External boarding, drylining, suspended ceilings and finishes package on this 554 unit residential over 13 nr blocks. This development continues a rapid regeneration of an area close to Wandsworth Town rail station.
CHAPTER LIVING Location: London Client: Mace Sector: Residential Value: £7m Errigal are excited to work alongside Mace to deliver a new 41 Storey Student accommodation block comprising of 905 Student beds adjacent to London Bridge train station. Errigal are responsible for the delivery of all drylining, suspended ceilings and finishes works. Works are due to complete in 2025.
