24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY LENIENCY: Exceptions made for illness and dangerous weather conditions for our Local Lounger Club members (some restrictions may apply if policy is abused). Something come up last minute & you need to reschedule? Local Lounger Club members can reschedule within 4 hours of their scheduled service with a 22% rescheduling fee (rescheduling with anything less than a 4-hour notice, as well as no-shows and cancellations follow our usual 24- hour cancellation policy of a 100% charge).
