Activity continues at the retail destination with the recent opening of Burlington RD Management’s Orange County power center adds Five Below and Rightly Dental
N EW YORK, NY — Richard Birdoff, principal and presi- dent of RD Management announced the signing of two new leases at Harriman Com- mons, a 706,243 s/f power center in Monroe (Woodbury), New York. Beloved specialty discount-store Five Below will join the center in the 11,012 s/f store formerly occupied by Ulta Beauty. In addition, lo- cal dentist Rightly Dental has signed a lease for 1,650 s/f and is now seeing patients. Activity continues at the retail destination with the recent opening of Burlington (23,986 s/f) and pad sites have been approved for a new BJ’s Fueling Station and 3,000 s/f drive-thru restaurant situ- ated in front of BJ’s Wholesale Club.
