Morristown’s newest luxury multifamily community located at 175 Morris Street The Hampshire Companies, Sharp Management & RHO celebrate ribbon cutting for Max on Morris

ORRISTOWN, NJ — Executives from The Hampshire Companies, Sharp Man - agement and RHO were joined by Morristown Mayor, Timothy Dougherty , and town officials to celebrate the ribbon cutting for Max on Morris, Morristown’s newest luxury multifamily commu- nity located at 175 Morris St. Located just steps from downtown Morristown, every element of Max on Morris has been meticulously designed to set a new standard for how residents live, work and play in one of New Jersey’s most dy- namic towns. Each of Max on Morris’ 85 studio, one and two- bedroom residences are pet friendly and feature in-unit washers and dryers, quartz countertops, tile backsplash- es and luxury plank floor- ing throughout with kitchen islands available in select residences. The community also boasts four affordable residences and 14 supportive housing units designed for residents with special needs. Designed around the diverse working arrangements of to- day’s apartment residents, the building's close proximity to the Morristown Train Station makes it an ideal location for commuters who work in the NYC area. For residents who are working from home or in hybrid arrangements, its expansive shared coworking lounge with private meeting rooms and work pods provides a professional environment for any type of worker. Beyond its location and shared spaces, select residences also include moveable walls and built-in furniture to offer enhanced flexibility and customization. For residents looking to un- wind, the building's amenity package includes a second-floor entertainment lounge and a break room with a banquette that opens up to an expansive outdoor amenity deck with BBQ grilling stations. Bike storage and EV charging sta- tions are also available for the convenience of the residents. In addition, the building’s 610 square feet of available ground-level retail space is ideally suited for a cafe tenant that will bring an in-demand amenity to both residents and the surrounding community. “We are thrilled to celebrate the opening of Max on Morris as it offers a vision for inclusive M

multifamily design built around how everyone lives, works and plays today,” said James E. Hanson , president & CEO of The Hampshire Cos. “Beyond our robust amenity pack- age, innovative design and unmatched location, Max on Morris’ supportive housing will allow us to help individu- als with special needs experi- ence all that Morristown has to offer. We thank our project partners as well as Mayor Dougherty and his team for helping us bring our vision to life and we are looking forward to welcoming more residents to

our growing community.” Mayor Timothy Dougherty added, “It’s a reason to cel- ebrate anytime we can welcome new residents to one of New Jersey’s best places to live. By bringing a wide variety of in-demand housing options to our growing community, Max on Morris represents a commit- ment to the continued growth of Morristown. We thank The Hampshire Cos. for their work to bring Max on Morris to life and we are excited to see the positive impact it will have on our community for years to come.” MAREJ
