Colleagues who have reached a milestone and are eligible for a voucher – as specified in the table below - will be awarded the difference between their original award and the new amount. For example, a colleague who recently reached 20 years’ service and received a voucher for £100 will receive an additional £400 voucher to reach the new £500 award total.
