Educationals Educationals and ship visits provide excellent development opportunities for colleagues, enabling them to enhance their knowledge of destinations and specific suppliers.
These opportunities will be advertised on the Hub with a closing date, where colleagues can nominate themselves.
After nominations or selections are made, the relevant Senior Manager (Head of Department and/or DSM in Retail) will be contacted to make the final decision, provided that colleagues meet the eligibility criteria.
Educational opportunities will not be available to colleagues: In a probationary period. Who are under performing, have low attendance and/or is currently undergoing disciplinary proceedings. Who have had an educational in the past year.
