INDEN, NJ — SportsMed Physical Therapy has leased 2,600 s/f at 10 North Wood Ave. in Linden, announced Lee & Associates New Jersey. The commercial real estate firm’s Kyle Janoczkin and Erica Davidson arranged the trans- action on behalf of the retail property’s ownership; Tony Nabhan, George Marogi and Edwin Flores of Keller Williams City Views served as tenant brokers. The commitment brings the property to full occupancy and represents an expansion of SportsMed’s Garden State presence. It is the second lease Janoczkin has arranged with the fast-growing physical therapy provider as a landlord representative. SportsMed has locations throughout New Jersey and in Fairfield County, CT. “SportsMed was seeking a location along the New Jer- sey Turnpike corridor for its first Linden physical therapy center,” said Janoczkin. “Situ- ated adjacent to NJ.
