Previous to Heller, Paster acted as vice president of property management at United States Land Resources, headquartered in Morristown, in managing its 59 properties, comprising 6 million ss/f, for 13 years. The firm, which he has led since 2014, primarily serves the markets of eastern Penn- sylvania and central through southern New Jersey.
