Ihadbeenexperiencing intermittent excruciating sharp pains in my lower back with turning, twisting, or arching. My back would lock up on me 5-8 times a week and was getting worse. Maria diagnosed sacroiliac joint pain and alignment issues. She worked up a plan to strengthen the muscles around the joint and my core strength. Within a few weeks mild discomfort was still there but my lower back was not locking up on me anymore!!! This was a huge improvement.
