S TARTUP P ROCEDURES
The BRAHM™ Collector power must first be turned on by rotating the Power Disconnect switch to the 'ON' position. The unit can then be started by simply depressing the green "RUN" button. The display screen should light up with a Clean Air Industries splash screen. If any other errors are detected, you will be notified upon startup If it is the first time starting the unit, you will be prompted to set the time. Anytime the system time is changed, it is recommended to restart the unit with the Power Disconnect. Since the default motor control is set to automatic, the blower will start immediately. However, it may take a few minutes to reach full speed if a Variable Frequency Drive (VFD is used. The automatic pulse cleaning system will automatically turn on in the automatic mode. With clean filters under the default settings, the unit should not pulse at start up.
