Clean Air Industries Brahm Collector Series User Manual

BRAHM TM BC Central Collector Series

Warning and Faults:

Any warnings or faults will be displayed on startup, after the Clean Air Industries slash screen. Warnings will not stop the unit, and it can be operated as usual with active warnings. Faults will always stop the unit, and may require troubleshooting before the unit can be started again. Warnings and faults are displayed under the date and time, in the top right-hand side of the screen. To see more information on the warning or fault, click the symbol. Reservoir Status: The reservoir status shows the current pressure of the reservoir tank, as well as any concerns the system detects. The "HI" is a warning, indicating that pressure levels are slightly above average in this reservoir. Even so, the pressure is still within an acceptable range and will function properly. As long as pressure levels are acceptable, an "OK" will be displayed under PSI. The green box indicates that everything is ok, and ready to be pulsed when signaled.

Filter and Duct Pressure:

The filter and duct pressure are displayed similar to motor speed. There is a status box at the top of the screen showing current pressures, as well as a bar graph in the center of the screen. These pressure readings are used to control motor speed, and signal when to pulse depending on unit configuration.
