APPELS D’OFFRE Remorquage et relocalisation de véhicules Des soumissions cachetées et clairement libellées seront acceptées par la soussignée jusqu’à 13 h le mardi 18 octobre 2016 pour le contrat suivant : Pour fournir un service de remorquage afin de relocaliser dans un stationnement municipal les véhicules nuisant au déneigement et le nettoyage de la neige. À la signature du contrat, l’entrepreneur devra fournir les documents suivants pour la période du contrat : 1) la couverture d’assurance pour dommages à la propriété ainsi que la couverture d’assurance responsabilité civile (5 000 000,00$); 2) la couverture d’assurance de la flotte automobile (2 000 000,00$); 3) si applicable, un certificat de décharge de la Commission de la sécurité professionnelle et de l’assurance contre les accidents et 4) tout autre document autorisant à offrir un tel service dans la province de l’Ontario. Vous pouvez obtenir les formulaires de soumission ainsi que la description complète du contrat à l’hôtel de ville ou par courriel. La municipalité se réserve le droit d’accepter ou de rejeter une ou toute soumission reçue d’entrepreneurs qualifiés pour entreprendre ces travaux selon son propre jugement.
CALL FOR TENDER Towing and relocation of vehicles
Sealedtendersclearlymarkedastocontents will be received by the undersigned until 1 p.m. on Tuesday, October 18, 2016 for the following contract: To provide the services of a towing company to relocate to a municipal parking, the vehicles obstructing the snow removal operations. Upon signing the contract, the Contractor shall provide the following documents for the term of the contract: 1) insurance coverage for property damage and liability insurance coverage ($5,000,000.00); 2) insurance coverage of the vehicle fleet ($2,000,000.00); 3) if applicable, a Certificate of Clearance from the Workplace Safety Insurance Board and 4) all other documents allowing them to operate within the province of Ontario. Tender forms and the complete description of the contract are available at the municipal office or by email. The municipality reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations received and to determine in its own best judgment, the best qualified contractor.
Russell village’s fire department has a new pumper truck for the station and for use in dealing with calls for all of Russell Township if need be.
