What are your goals for this year? 3. When it comes to your business, what keeps you up at night? 4. In your own words, tell me about your business. What makes it unique? What makes you stand out from your competitors? 5. What is your ideal customer? 6. What is the value of a customer, how long will they continue doing business with you? 7. What entices them to return to your business? 8. How often do they come back? 9. What could you do to increase the frequency of visits? How would it affect your bottom line should they return more frequently? 10. How quickly can you handle more business? 11. What is the average price point of your product or service? 12. How do you currently market your business? 13. How do you track your marketing successes and failures? 14. Do you keep a list of your past customers? If so, how? 15. What are you currently doing to increase customer loyalty? 16. What would it mean to your business to have more customer loyalty and referrals? 17. What happens to your business if you don't create more customer loyalty? 18. What will happen to your business if you stay the same or do nothing?
