Main Screen
Clean Air Industries Liberty Weldcell EVO TM can be controlled with a tablet, or smart phone via the CMT Viewer App. On the home screen, or main screen, you can see an overview of these settings.
1: The Unit name. This can be modified in unit
configurations under settings
screen>UnitConfigurations
2: CMT Home Button. This button will switch the screen
to the main screen of the CMT Viewer where user can
monitor, add, or remove screens.
3: The Safety indicator monitors the safety relay circuit in the unit ensuring that key components only
activate when it is safe to do so. When the safety relay is inactive, the indicator will turn dark. The
safety relay can be engaged by pressing the green button.
4: The Valve 1 and 2 indicators display in real time when air is released from the reservoir and into
the filters. While the valve is pulsing, the indicator will light up
5: The Louver indicator will light up when the louver opens. The louver automatically opens when the unit is running and closes when the unit turns off or when fire is detected
6: Filter pressure monitors the differential pressure between the clean and dirty side of the filter in
inH2O. This value tells the user the status of the filter and whether it needs to be replaced. The
pressure readings are also used to control motor speed and the auto pulsing mode. This is shown
graphically by Item #7
7: The alert indicator logs the alert that was triggered. In order to see the displays, a click on top of the alert sign will immediately open the pop up window displaying the events.
8: The motor indicator shows the state of the motor when it is running.
9: This gauge shows the value of the filter pressure graphically to provide quick visual display
10: The E-Stop indicator lights up when the E-Stop is actuated
11: The high filter pressure indicator shows the state of the filters when it is time to replace the filters.
An email alert will be sent to indicate that it is time to change the filters.
12: Unit Status Light is green when the unit is in OK condition; Yellow when the safety relay is off,
filter is dirty(indicated by high filter pressure); Red when fire is detected
