Two previous power outages lasting over a day during the past five years, both due to routine maintenance issues, rather than a disaster. Swift and complete destruction of older manufactured homes in closely located mobile home community.

Roach/bug infested apartment. Rotten wood. Meth addicts hanging out with the neighbor. Being harassed by neighbors/ maintenance. Gang bangers doing graffiti. Water heater is over 30 years old and is making me sick. It makes crackle noises and there is water damage in water heater closet with roach poop everywhere. Very unsanitary. I am on Section 8 housing and would like to thank you the American Taxpayer for paying my rent, however, if you only knew the unsanitary conditions I live in it would make you sick to know that you are paying for these slumlords to get rich. As long as they get their money the landlords I have had and have now can careless about the tenants living conditions. I have had to call the police on several occasions for I get NO PEACE from the neighbors. They keep tweeker hours. The riff raff that comes over all hours of the night... wake me up going next door and I guarantee that their not borrowing sugar at that hour. They also use the alley which is supposed to be for tenant parking to work on beat up cars leaving hazardous waste/trash, etc.
